Chicora Voices, based in Greenville, South Carolina, is the premier choral experience for young singers living in the Western Carolinas. The six single-gender choirs that make up Chicora Voices serve children and youth ranging in age from 7-18.
Chicora Voices is based at 1100 South Main Street in the heart of Greenville's historic West End, where numerous artists and arts organizations are making their home near the Peace Center for the Performing Arts and the South Carolina Governor's School for the Arts and Humanities.

Chicora Voices Wows Audiences at Children in Harmony Festival!
The Girls and Boys Choirs of Chicora Voices, were featured among choirs from the United States and Jamaica in
the Children in Harmony Festival May 21-24 at Walt Disney World. The Children in Harmony Festival is recognized as one of the finest children’s choral festivals both nationally and internationally. Choirs participate in the festival by invitation only.
More than 300 young singers ranging in age from seven to 18 performed at the festival – singing an outstanding repertoire that included a commissioned work entitled “The Song of the Music Makers” by Eleanor Daley. The 300-plus voice mass choir performed May 23 at Disney’s Hollywood Studios under the direction of Dr. Barbara Tagg of Syracuse University.
Chicora Voices was also featured individually, under the direction of Artistic Director Alan Reed and Conductor Jeanie Reed, in a showcase concert held at St. Luke’s United Methodist Church in Orlando.
